Is this course for you?
For years, people have practiced yoga as an exercise in gyms and studios. Recently, online yoga classes have become widespread. But yoga is so much more than that. It is an all-encompassing practice with rich tradition and history. The main aim of yoga is to help you lead a healthier, more peaceful and fulfilling life.
We want every one of our students to have the knowledge and tools to benefit from yoga on their own terms. Simply put, our purpose is to empower you to be in charge of your own yoga practice.
We have designed this course to take you through all the basics of yoga: history, philosophy, breathing exercises, meditation, but also anatomy and the technique and practice of yoga asana.
With this course you are getting lifetime access to 100+ classes as well as access to an exclusive international community of yoga students. This means that you will have access to all future classes and materials we upload.
No prior experience is needed. This course starts by teaching you the fundamentals. Everyone is welcome to join.

I have been practising yoga for many years. After becoming interested in the philosophy of the practice, I completed two teacher training courses in India - one in Dharamshala in the Himalayas, and one in Goa. I love teaching yoga because I believe that yoga and meditation can have a profound effect on every student. I am excited to see you in the course!
Thank you for your interest
